UAE Head Coach Kevin Brawn

Kevin grew up in rural Saskatchewan and competed in a variety of sports at a high level. He also began coaching at the age of 14 and has continued competing and coaching since. Kevin played University hockey from 1987-1990 and competed on the provincial volleyball and provincial track & field team through high school and on and off during university. After graduating from university with a bachelor of education, Kevin went on to teach school and coach high school and community sports before moving in to administration as an assistant principal and principal. In 2004 Kevin moved overseas with his family to accept a position as Athletic Director in an American International School.
It was while overseas that Kevin got involved in endurance sport first as a competitor and later as a coach. Since competing in his first 10k in 2004 Kevin has gone on to compete in running events ranging in distance from 5k to marathon and triathlons at the long and short course distances including multiple ironmans. In 2008 at the request of a training partner, Kevin began triathlon coaching. It was also in 2008 that Kevin made contact with Ironguides coach Vinnie Santana and first became exposed to ‘The Method’. Since becoming familiar with ‘The Method’ and it’s philosophy Kevin has taken over one and a half hours off his Ironman time and recently completed Ironman Coeur d’Alene in 10hours 13 minutes while juggling family, a full time job, and coaching commitments. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Physical Education, a Masters degree in International Education, Johnny G Spinning Certification, ACE Personal Trainer Certification, and is NCCP Certified in Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, Track & Field, Gymnastics, and Football. Kevin has coached swimming, cross country, track & field, volleyball, basketball, ice hockey, soccer, football, and most recently triathlon athletes. |

| Coach Kevin coaches various sessions throughout the week in various locations in Abu Dhabi and provides Custom coaching to Complete and Premium athletes in Singapore. Coach Kevin also provides telephone and skype consulting services. |
