I won the race!!
My race results yesterday prove that the Method works. I have trained with more intensity than ever before and yet i never felt tired on any training day. I didnt need to take a single day off (apart from the compulsory ones) in the 12 weeks of the program.10k : Half Marathon: Marathon
Yesterday i PRed in the swim the bike and the run.
At this annual race my best result (last year) was 2hr 7min. Yesterday i did it in 1hr 59min ( i actually won the race!)on the same bike with the same shoes on the same course and in the same weather conditions as last year. Thats 8 mins!!!
