Assumptions

The ironguides 10-Weeks 10k Run Training Plan assumes that the participant can accomplish the following:

Beginner
Complete an easy 20 minute jog without stopping.
Can cover 1-2 miles comfortable, 2-3 times per week.

Intermediate
Complete an easy 30 minute jog without stopping.
Can cover 2-3 miles comfortable, 3-4 times per week.
