ironguides believes in the ethical and non-egoistic pursuit of sport for self-development and personal growth. By providing great coaching and mentoring advice in a collaborative, mutually supportive environment, we strive to promote collaboration ahead of competition.
Recently we came across Kiva, an organization that uses the Internet to connect people with micro-finance projects around the world. We see some of our values reflected in this great organization and have set up a "Lending Team" to help promote self-confidence, self-reliance and self-development by entrepreneurs and self-starters around the world!
We are grateful for our good fortune and recognize that inequality exists in this world. Providing tools for improvement helps to instill confidence, optimism and sharing in the global community. We believe that we can contribute directly to increased global prosperity and well-being.
