How It Works
Once you have decided on a coaching program, the Next Steps in the process are as follows:- Your coach will ask you to complete an online questionnaire.
- You will be asked to start payment for your coaching subscription and to pay the setup fee (if applicable).
- Optionally, you can purchase Cancellation Insurance to waive the six-month minimum commitment payments in case of injury or withdrawal for "life demands."
- After you have completed the Questionnaire and your payment, your coach will clarify your information with you by email (or skype/telephone, by arrangement).
- From the information you provide, your coach will develop your initial Training Plan.
- Within a day or two, you will receive an online link to your Plan as well as a pdf copy.
- You will be asked to review the plan and send your coach your questions -- and to start training!
- Payment is made monthly by automated charge to your credit card.

Purchase Cancellation Insurance
To ensure that our efforts are appropriately applied, ironguides coaching Minimum Terms of Service are for six months minimum. You can purchase the Cancellation insurance below to protect yourself from having to pay the full six-month minimum commitment in case of injury, job loss or other "life demands." This insurance means you can "opt out" of any coaching program for any reason before six months are over, without being obligated to continue payments for the full six-month term.BASIC Insurance

Hold Existing Slot
ironguides coaches are in high demand and have requests for coaching on a constant basis. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you will retain your slot with your current coach. If you are a Complete or Premium Coaching client you are entitled to a one-month suspension of payment if you would like to take a break. If you are a Basic coaching client and would like to ensure your Basic coaching slot is available to you after you take a break, you can subscribe to the Retainer program below. This way your slot with your existing coach is held for up to three months before we give it to the next person. Complete clients can retain their slot for two months in addition to the one-month payment holiday.
During the Retention period you will receive our generic Skills and Strength Maintenance program from your coach and access to the ironguides Forum for support. Your plan is NOT customized to your schedule and no email or other form of coaching support other than forum support is provided unless your coach agrees otherwise.
