CT ironguide duathles rock at the Westchester Biathlon!

CT ironguide duathetes were showing their strength this weekend! John McCarthy won his age-group 55-59 and finished 13th overall -he sprinted the run into the finish showing he'll be ready for Duathlon Worlds come September!- Great job John!
Mike Gyulay after a number weeks of reduced training due to his workload still managed a strong performance finishing 2nd overall! Go Mike!
