To foster an unshakeable positive mental attitude you must be willing to take responsibility for your choices and for the consequences they imply. By taking responsibility, you ensure that you hold yourself accountable to your calling and that you heed the forces that drive you towards it. Responsibility begins when you accept that you are free to choose and that the reins are in your hands.
Responsibility is no less than the empowering force – courage – that frees you from excuses and drives you to self-improvement. Courage and the willingness to take responsibility for your self and your choices empowers you to reach for ever greater heights. Striving in this way, backed by courage, means not that you never face fear. It means that you accept consequences as the natural outcome of your choices, and empowers you to be more willing to make changes towards improvement.
Taking responsibility means you erase uncertainty and doubt and are able to act and be decisive in the pursuit of your goal.
