At the Topeka TinMan Triathlon in Kansas, ironguides athlete Saadia Coppedge finished 5th in the F30-34 age group with a time of 2hr 53min.
In Austria, ironguides coach Alun Woody Woodward finished second overall in the Salburgerland olympic triathlon with a time 1hr 41min.
ironguides athlete Chad Albright chose to go to Canada to celebrate his 40th birthday by competing at the Johnny Miles half marathon in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia on Sunday. Chad, who has already clocked a 2hr 58min at the Boston marathon earlier this year, is busy training for Ironman Arizona. Chad pulled out a fast 1hr 25min time.
