ironguides athletes do well in Brazil
Here are the latest results from our ironguides athletes and coach.

In Brazil, ironguides raced at the XTerra Terê. The race consisted of a 800m swim, 16km bike and 5km run.
Coach Rodrigo Tosta finished in 2hr 05 for a top 7 slot in the M30-34 division.
ironguides athlete Rui Dieguez was not to be outdone, as his 2hr 20 finish time also earned him a top 7 spot in the M40-44 age group.
Also in Brazil, ironguides athlete Cristian Duarte rocked the Cycling Time Trial Team RAO / RS-Rio Grande (20km).
He won the M30-34 category with a superb average of 36.2km per hour on a windy day.
