Getting Ready for the moonsoon...
As the rainy season approaches here in Thailand, we better get ready to get wet and dirty! Training in wet conditions can be safe and fun if we follow some basics guidelines

Dress properly
If it's rainy but hot, you may need to wear something tight but that won't overheat. Thin lycra pants or shorts are my favourite choice, but be ready to get the weirdest looks from the locals, after all what is this "falang" doing running around in the rain in lycra shorts and tight singlets?Wear a Hat
A hat with a brim can be your best friend during a rainy run. It will keep the rain off your face.Be careful with new routes
The showers in Bangkok can be pretty hard sometimes and hide the traps and holes on the way, avoid running in unknown routes as you can twist an akle or fall into a hole that is covered with water.Be Visible
Select an outer layer that's light-colored or has reflective strips, since running in the rain often means poor visibility.Happy wet-sessions,
