ironguides' online Certification Process spans six months, at the end of which you are ready to become a full-fledged ironguides Coach.
- We begin by introducing you to The Method as an athlete so that you "learn by doing."
- Next we phase in coaching mentoring so that you can learn direct from our senior coaches the rationale for our training approach, The Method.
- You receive our 250-page The Method Certification Manual and the set of 7 DVD's of our Certification Seminar in San Diego from January 2009.
- As your knowledge grows and you experience first-hand the differences in our training approach -- and see the results! -- you'll be introduced to the ironguides platform and further support on how to build highly effective training plans for your athletes.
- You'll receive advice, instruction and support for building your business plan and setting up your local ironguides Location. We'll help you rebrand your website to the ironguides look and feel so that you can fully benefit from ironguides' unsurpassed reputation for excellence.
- Our coaching conference calls and support forum provide ongoing Q&A support so that you are constantly improving your understanding and application of The Method to your athletes' training.
After Certification
We find it takes about six months for someone to really begin to understand our approach and begin to effectively apply these powerful new ideas in their coaching. By the end of this half year you will have a thorough understanding of how The Method is different from and more effective than the conventional protocols used by other coaches. Our coaches start seeing success in the development of their rosters right away because our training approach helps them differentiate themselves from the conventional, zone-based or power-focused approaches. All coaches who successfully complete the Certification Process are ready to begin running their own business as an ironguides coach, and will receive:

Payment
The ironguides Certification Process is paid in six monthly installments of 190 USD each, plus a 349 USD payment for the Certification Manual and DVDs in your second month of coaching.
