Beginner Program
The Beginner Program Subscription plan follows the principles of The Method to structure your training into an achievable weekly structure that helps you progress more rapidly. Instead of the generic training that of the typical zone-based or power-based weekly programs, your training develops all Five Systems and ensures you are improving skills in a triathlon-specific way.  This monthly program keeps total training volume low, with modest intensity but with all the proper structure and diverse training to help you improve and perform better in your first seasons of racing. The Bike Focus Triathlon Training Subscription plan emphasises building strength and aerobic fitness on the bike. This is the plan to choose if you want to improve a weakness on the bike or just want to tone down your swim and run volume awhile, or if you are coming off a run injury. For beginners, intermediates, those coming off a run injury, and anyone who wants moderate swim and run volume while building fitness on the bike.

Our Run Focus Triathlon Training Subscription plan uses more of your training time to develop your run skills, with special emphasis on improving leg speed and running off the bike. This is the plan to opt for if you always feel sluggish when you run off the bike, or if you just need to build or rebuild your run base. For beginners, intermediates, and strong swimmers, and those wanting to improve run skills. Not suited for those coming back from a running injury.
