Join us for an early season training camp for specific Ironman Brazil preparation, and for fitness building and in-depth learning about The Method, ironguides' unique approach to triathlon training. You'll fit in a complete week of training by The Method to get you ready for the first half of your season, with specific instructions for Ironman Brazil participants. You'll also learn about how The Method enables more consistent, effective training by focusing on motor skills development and balancing the stresses on your body's endocrine system. Perfect for those with early season IM's or 70.3 races! Welcome Dinner: April 5 -- 18:00
