The ironguides Triathlon Club in Bangkok offers regular training sessions for triathletes, runners and swimmers of all abilities and training for all distances. Our services varies from a casual drop in at one of the group sessions, membership packages with unlimited access to sessions, to custom training plans and direct feedback from our coaches for the athletes that requires a more hands on approach.

Vinnie Santana
ironguides Head Coach
Coach Vinnie holds an ITU (World Triathlon) Level 1 coaching certification, has coached Professionals Triathletes, Ironman world championship podium athletes and first timers. He has been coaching since 2005 and a triathlete since 1997.
Coach Vinnie established himself as one of Brazil’s top Professional Ironman athletes. He used The Method to drive his rapid rise through the ranks to his 8:50 personal best Ironman time at the age of 23, qualifying him as the youngest Professional triathlete at the Ironman world championships in Kona that year. A former member of Team TBB, the professional triathlon team based in Singapore, Vinnie trained under Brett Sutton for 3 years and along with 4x Ironman World Champion Chrissie Wellington, Olympic Champion Nicola Spirig and the rest of the Team TBB world class squad.
Coach David Mielziner
ironguides Bangkok Swimming Coach
David is a very experienced swimming instructor specializing in adult swimmers. A certified coach with Swimming Australia, Total Immersion Swimming and Conquer Your Fear of Water, he has helped several triathletes of all abilities to take their swim to the next level combining his experience on deck fixing swimmers strokes, his background as a competitive pool swimmer as well as several triathlon relays and open water swimming races, where he recently placed in the top 10 at the FINA World Championships Masters meet in Korea 2019 in the 3km open water event in his age group.
Agnieszka Najnigier-Pierzynowska
ironguides Triathlon Coach
Agnes is an IRONMAN Certified Coach, Certified Personal Trainer (FISAF International) and Women’s Coaching Specialist (Girls Gone Strong). She is an experienced running coach and a gym instructor.
She entered the coaching business in 2016 after she quit her full-time job as a lawyer and began working as a personal trainer and a running coach. She then started coaching triathlon in 2020.
Being close to the amateur athlete’s community, she is very passionate about helping others to integrate sport into their lives. She enjoys working with beginners and had several successes with her athletes completing their first long distance runs and triathlons and reaching substantial personal bests.
As a competitive age grouper, Agnes has multiple podiums in Ironman 70.3 races, she is 5-times Ironman 70.3 World Championship qualifier and 1-time Ironman World Championship Kailua-Kona, Hawaii qualifier.
