Stronger Knees, Stronger Races: Managing Meniscus Pain for triathlete
Triathletes push their bodies to the limit, but knee pain—especially Medial meniscus tears—can slow you down. The constant pounding from running and cycling, combined with stiff hips, poor leg balance, and weak ankle control, can put extra stress on the knee, leading to injury.
The good news? Many meniscus tears can be managed effectively with the right treatment approach. If your tear is mild or moderate, conservative treatment is often the best option!
