ironguides achieved a podium sweep at the Tridash with our athletes taking the overall win at both the Long Dash as well as the Dash. 6 podiums out of 10 athletes. We are excited to have this series back, we use these races as training days to experiment with new strategy, test the fitness and learn from a real race.

Several great performances at Ironman Vietnem / Ironman 70.3
Several Personal Bests, one podium at Ironman and Ironman 70.3 Vietnam. For the full Ironman, Slavik PB’ed by over 1-hour while Akiyo finished 7th in the Female 50-54 AG. Vietnam is one of the hottest races in the world and finish and Ironman in these conditions is remarkable.

Starting point, Air Space Hua Hin Option 1* – 70km (flat, expected average speed 27-29km/h) Option 2 – 105km (flat to rolling with 1x1km very steep climb, expected average speed 29-31km/h) Option 3 – 115km (flat to rolling with 1x1km very steep climb, expected average speed 32-34km/h)
*Minimum fitness required: 3 laps at the skylane in under 2h45′ (70km at ~25.5kph)
